She only wanted to marry Sebastian Botello."

In fact, there was a marriage investigation in Monterrey on June 27, 1683, for Joseph Hernandez Nagas (45 years old) and Micaela Fernandes (35 years old). It would appear, from the wording of Sebastian Botello's statement about a month later, that the proposed marriage between Joseph Hernandez Nagas and Micaela Fernandez never took place. I am assuming that true love won out and that Micaela married Sebastian Botello.
